a trav\u00e9s de la modificaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 de l\u2019animal amb la finalitat de millorar l\u2019estat nutricional dels consumidors, i en definitiva, la seva qualitat de vida i (max-width: 848px) 100vw, 848px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Per a la consecuci\u00f3 dels objectius plantejats ha estat necessari desenvolupar els seg\u00fcents objectius tecnol\u00f2gics espec\u00edfics, que han donat lloc a les principals l\u00ednies de treball del projecte.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estudi amb lots control i lots prova de truges no reproductores (llavores) amb pastura semiextensiva.<\/li>\n<li>Estudi dels efectes de la modificaci\u00f3 en l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 de l\u2019animal a nivell del perfil lip\u00eddic de la carn.<\/li>\n<li>Valoraci\u00f3 de la viabilitat d\u2019utilitzar carn de porc amb un millor perfil lip\u00eddic com a mat\u00e8ria primera dels embotits en estudi.<\/li>\n<li>Avaluaci\u00f3 de les propietats nutricionals i sensorials dels embotits.<\/li>\n<li>Determinaci\u00f3 \u00a0del perfil de textura i color dels embotits.<\/li>\n<li>Avaluaci\u00f3 de la variaci\u00f3 dels impactes ambientals atribu\u00efts a la variaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 dels animals i identificar els punts cr\u00edtics de la cadena de valor per a poder optimitzar el consum de recursos i energia.<\/li>\n<li>Valoraci\u00f3 de l\u2019impacte de la incorporaci\u00f3 d\u2019un distintiu de sostenibilitat a nivell d\u2019etiquetatge dels productes com a eina important de m\u00e0rqueting i difusi\u00f3: \u201cObtenci\u00f3 d\u2019embotits amb un perfil nutricional d\u2019alta qualitat i ambientalment responsables\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aquest \u00e9s un Projecte finan\u00e7at a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019Operaci\u00f3 16.01.01 (cooperaci\u00f3 per a la innovaci\u00f3) del PDR de
